"Dumb" is a strong word, so maybe "anti-thinking" is a better description of this music. After all, dance tracks by definition are more about the id and escapism than about verbal expression and impressing your professor. Seminal metal band Motorhead's lyrics are dumb non sequiturs and cliches, but the music's propellant energy transforms them. The Trashmen's "Surfin' Bird" is gibberish, but brilliant — as is Donna Summer's transcendent "I Feel Love," whose most compelling lyric is "It's so good, it's so good." "Some of the electronic-leaning people stayed in the [dance] tents for most of the weekend, and the more alt-rock leaning ones watched the outdoor stages. Mahan made four birdies in six holes to climb up the leaderboard

Newt does think in big historic terms and thinks of himself

Bush's endorsement is another sign that the Republican establishment is uniting behind Romney and pressuring his competitors to quit the race.

We actually could have went probably five more laps on fuel, but everybody started short pitting, so we kind of came in and got tires as quick as we could so we didn't lose time to the rest of the guys, get ourselves boxed out with traffic maybe a few laps later."

Gannon said he thought Sanchez could feel pressured by Tebow

Mr. Gingrich conceded as much on Thursday when he offered yet another path to a comeback. This one looked beyond Super Tuesday.
"Let me just be clear: I have to win Georgia, I think, to be credible in the race," he said at a business breakfast here. "If I win Georgia, the following week we go to Alabama and Mississippi. I think I'll win both of those. And we have a good opportunity to win Kansas."
He seized on a glimmer of optimism in a Drudge Report item about him that blared "Lazarus rising again?!" In recent years, mining has picked up again in the area, residents here said, and there are signs of economic growth.
